Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals within the office environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and convert leads into sales.
- Provide detailed product or service information to potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, inquiries, and closed deals.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager to refine strategies.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend product or sales training sessions to stay updated on offerings and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an in-house or telesales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
