The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing communication.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintaining Recruitment Records: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.
