Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales over the phone. This role is perfect for someone who is persuasive, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential customers over the phone.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
