The Retail Promoter will be responsible for promoting our products to customers, enhancing product awareness, and driving sales within the retail environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote products, provide detailed information, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by encouraging customers to make purchases and upselling where appropriate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandising: Assist in setting up displays and maintaining a clean and organized promotional area.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
    • Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
