Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Executive to join our growing team.The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and maximizing sales. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
    • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
    • Monitor store security and ensure that safety standards are adhered to.
  2. Sales and Customer Service:
    • Drive sales through effective staff management and customer service initiatives.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage and overstocking.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  4. Staff Management:
    • Assist in hiring, training, and developing store staff.
    • Schedule and oversee staff to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  5. Financial Responsibilities:
    • Assist in managing the store’s budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
    • Process daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling.
    • Monitor and control operational costs to enhance profitability.
  6. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
    • Maintain store records and prepare reports as required by management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
