Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for clients and service providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service inquiries, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Service Management: Coordinate and schedule service requests, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available to complete tasks on time.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with service teams, clients, and management.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any service-related issues or complaints, working to find resolutions promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure all services comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on service performance and client satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management (if applicable): Track and manage service-related supplies and equipment.
  • Team Support: Assist in training and onboarding new service team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
    • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
