Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. The ideal candidate is skilled in driving traffic, generating leads, and optimizing digital channels to maximize online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • SEO & SEM: Develop strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads). Optimize website content for SEO, including keyword research and implementation.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging content and driving traffic.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Email Marketing: Design, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • PPC & Paid Advertising: Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns and other paid advertising initiatives to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience on the website to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliates to expand reach and visibility.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
    • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and website analytics.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
