Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify potential clients in target markets and complete appropriate research on prospective clients’ business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
