Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, lead generation, and the execution of sales and partnership strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, clients, and partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and attending industry events. -
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions to meet their objectives. -
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to management and product teams for business improvement and innovation. -
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead contract negotiations and close business deals that align with company goals.
Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal guidelines. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure smooth client onboarding. -
Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). -
Experience:
2–3years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (depending on role level). -
Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets

Strategic and analytical thinking

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
