Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. You will be working in the field, visiting prospective clients, and building long-term relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the assigned territory.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present products and services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to the client’s needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, handling any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
