Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is essential in supporting the organization’s HR strategy and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
    • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to employees, and assist in performance improvement plans.
  4. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
    • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and terminations.
  5. HR Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits, leave, and payroll processing.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  6. Policy Development:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Communicate HR policies and updates to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
