Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The Junior Sales Consultant will support the sales department in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start their career in sales and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our products and services.
  • Sales Support: Support senior sales consultants in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Training: Participate in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
