Job Description
The Operation Executive will oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure that the company functions efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, coordinate with different departments, and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations:Â Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Departments:Â Work closely with different departments (e.g., sales, finance, logistics) to ensure that operations are aligned with company goals.
- Process Improvement:Â Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis:Â Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights to management.
- Inventory Management:Â Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that stock levels are maintained.
- Vendor Management:Â Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Compliance and Risk Management:Â Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Management:Â Plan and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting:Â Prepare regular reports for management on operational performance, including metrics such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support:Â Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of operational management software (e.g., ERP systems)
