Job Description
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality standards, and profitable business performance. The role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet services, and room service.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.
* Develop staff schedules and monitor employee performance.
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.

* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
