1. Information we collect

Name, email, phone, password (hashed), and the information you choose to add to your profile (skills, experience, location). Employers additionally provide company name and job posts.

2. How we use it

To deliver our services — authentication, AI CV generation, candidate matching, applications, and analytics. We never sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

Your profile and CV content may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) for resume generation and candidate-job matching. Data is processed in transit only and is not used to train third-party models.

4. Cookies

We use a small set of essential cookies (or localStorage tokens) to keep you signed in.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@careerwings.com.
