You agree not to post fraudulent jobs, harass other users, spam, scrape data without permission, or attempt to circumvent platform security.

3. Content ownership

You own the content you submit (CVs, job posts). You grant Career Wings a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process this content to provide the service.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated CVs and match rationales are suggestions. Always review and edit before relying on them for hiring or job applications.

5. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

6. Limitation of liability

Career Wings is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
